A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Tickets are not refundable.
- For exceptions: Must provide a valid reason with proofs.
- Reason for return (e.g. death or wrong event).
- Process for requesting a refund: send an email to info@purevisionksa.com with the information of the ticket such as name and event for a return.
- Process of refund: refund would be accepted after you send all the information with a valid reason, it might take up to 14 days for the refund to be deposited back to your account, refund will be returned to the same card it was purchased.
